Volunteers are needed to improve the popular Difficult Trail just southeast of Aspen from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The first priority will be to resolve circulation problems and resource damage around the trailhead and campground areas. Volunteers will also repair trouble spots on the first two miles of the trail. Volunteer! Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers and their project partners will provide tools, materials, leadership, and a dinner from Su Casa at the end of the day. On Monday, July 11, Colorado West Recovery Center will be offering the Enhanced Outpatient Program, a substance-abuse treatment service for men and women working toward a substance-free lifestyle. It is designed for people who are able to work on their recovery with minimal supervision.The EOP is staffed by licensed and certified mental health and addictions treatment specialists.
