The deadline for submitting comments about the draft Battlement Mesa Health Impact Assessment is Nov. 15, and those interested in making comments should do so by e-mailing them to maperc@ucdenver.edu.

That is the e-mail address for the Colorado School of Public Health, which conducted the assessment.

In order to be considered as formal comments, they must be received at that address by 5 p.m. Mountain Time on that day.

No comments by phone, or submitted to another e-mail address, will qualify as formal public comment, according to the school.
