Village Inns parent company, Family Restaurants, Inc., and their 11 Colorado locations will donate 10 percent of Wednesdays receipts to the Colorado Restaurant Associations Dine Out to Help Out fund-raiser, and proceeds will be forwarded to the American Red Cross.

The Hot Springs Lodge & Pool will join forces with the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association, the Colorado Restaurant Association, and Colorados bar, tavern and nightclub industry, to stage Sleep Out to Help Out, a statewide hospitality-industry fund-raiser on Wednesday benefiting the victims of Katrinas Gulf Coast wrath.

Communities in Motion invites everyone to celebrate Carpool Day from 6-9 a.m. Wednesday by sharing a ride with friends or co-workers and save money and gas on Carpool Day. In Glenwood Springs, stop by the True Value parking lot with two or more passengers in your car and you will qualify for Expresso Drive through Caf coupons, Krispy Kreme donuts and other give-aways. In Aspen, stop by the airport parking kiosk for a free Krispy Kreme donut, Zele coffee, Paradise Bakery cookie coupons and other give-aways, plus your chance to win $100 in free gas.
