A great gluten-free pizza idea

In my mind, there is just something about a Friday or Saturday night, a hot pizza and a great movie. Maybe it’s because it means it’s time to relax and spend time with family and friends, or perhaps it’s your “cheat night” on your diet. Whatever it means to you, having a gluten-free option for pizza is great for those of you that eat gluten-free.
This is where Nick N Willy’s Pizza comes into the picture. Nick N Willy’s has been offering gluten-free pizzas for some time. The pizza crust dough comes from a provider that makes the dough with great gluten-free ingredients. This is a pre-packaged dough and not made at Nick N Willy’s. Also, almost all of Nick N Willy’s ingredients are gluten-free which means that you can have almost any Nick N Willy’s pizza on the gluten-free crust! The pizzas are also baked and prepped in a separate area as to not come into contact with any normal pizzas.
I have had several different kinds of Nick N Willy’s pizzas from the Aegean to the Jalapeno Burn. All ingredients are always fresh and the staff at Nick N Willy’s will take note if you order a gluten-free pizza. The crust is somewhat soft, not crispy like a lot of gluten-free pizzas. Having a softer texture reminds me of a “normal” pizza and is why I like it. Nick N Willy’s also offers take-and-bake pizzas or you can have them bake the pizza so you can eat immediately when you get home. They have a dining area as well if you like to eat out. Recently, they added gluten-free slices if you don’t want to order an entire pizza or need a quick lunch.
I have talked with Janie Van Winkle at Nick N Willy’s and although the pizzas are made separately, cross-contamination can’t be guaranteed. Flour dust is in the air and can be on surfaces so if you have a severe allergy, this is something to think about.
Nick N Willy’s Pizza is located at 683 Horizon Dr., suite 104, and can be contacted at 970-245-6425 with questions or to order a pizza. All in all, Nick N Willy’s offers a great gluten-free option for pizza. If you are looking to check out their pizza, grab a slice some day! It’s a great way to try their food if you don’t want to order an entire pizza.
Do you have a restaurant and would like me to try out your food? Email me at email@example.com, I would love to do a review on your gluten-free items!
