Carbondale police are looking for a man who they say robbed Gloria’s Boutique at gunpoint early Tuesday evening.

At about 6 p.m. police got a call that a man wearing a grey hoodie and a ski mask had pulled a gun on the boutique’s owner inside the store, located in the La Fontana Plaza at 587 Highway 133. He fled with an undisclosed amount of money, according to a press release.

Based on the business owner’s description, officers are looking for a man between 5-foot-4 and 5-foot-6 “with a thin build and black hair.”

Other witnesses reported seeing him flee from the store toward the Rio Grande Trail, according to police. At some point Tuesday evening, police found the ski mask and sent it for analysis by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
