Carbondale vehicle break-ins reported

Carbondale police are investigating several vehicle break-ins that occurred in the Hendrick Ranch neighborhood after dark Monday, Police Chief Gene Schilling said in a news release.

Several parked vehicles were entered and rummaged through. Police are asking residents who might have any information regarding the suspect or suspects involved to call 970-963-2662.

“We are also encouraging citizens to keep their vehicles and buildings locked and secured,” Schilling said.
