Chamber to lead 2016 trip down the Danube

Staff Report

The Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association’s annual guided tour for next year invites chamber members and others from the community on a cruise along the Danube River.

The trip departs on Oct. 26, 2016, and will feature stops in Passau, Linz, Vienna and Budapest.

There will be an informational meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the GSCRA offices, 802 Grand Ave., in the Colorado Mountain College Building.

“This is truly an amazing opportunity to participate in an exciting journey to several different European countries, where program participants can experience the country’s culture, learn about its business climate, and make new friends,” Marianne Virgili, chamber CEO, said in a news release.

“Through group travel, our members and guests have formed lifelong relationships and business alliances,” she said.
