GarCo sheriffs to host dog vaccine clinic

In its ongoing efforts to assure that everyone has an affordable opportunity to have their dogs vaccinated, the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office will once again host a vaccine clinic.

This clinic will be on Saturday, July 11, at Veterans Park in Silt. The cost for each vaccine is $10. This time, the vaccines are for dogs only. Vaccines will be administered between 8 a.m. and noon.

Everyone is welcome, but make sure your dog is on a leash that you control or in a crate. This is a high-energy environment and can cause anxiety in even the most well-behaved pets.

For more information, call the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office at 970-945-0453 or 970-665-0200.

Vaccinations are important for the health and safety of your pet, your family and your neighbors. Show you are a responsible pet owner and bring your dog to the clinic in Silt this Saturday.
