Glenwood Springs nursing home sold

Senior housing owner/operator Grace Healthcare has sold all of its Western U.S. operations, including Grace Healthcare & Rehab in Glenwood Springs.

The Glenwood home was one of three in western Colorado included in a $15.3 million sale of three skilled nursing homes in Colorado.

Evans Senior Investments negotiated the sale to an undisclosed California-based investor. The new owners will lease the properties to a new operator that already has a presence in Colorado.

Besides Grace, the sale included Paonia Care and Rehab Center in Paonia and Pioneer Health Care Center in Rocky Ford.

Grace Health & Rehab at 2305 Blake Ave. is located on 1.5 acres and has 54 skilled nursing beds and 16 assisted living beds.
