A celebration of life for Frank Breslin is set for 1 p.m. Sunday at Burning Mountain Park in New Castle.
The public is invited to come out and share memories of Breslin. A message from the family recommends people bring a side dish and a story.
Breslin, a New Castle city councilor and former mayor, was found dead in his home Monday. Garfield County Coroner Robert Glassmire said on Wednesday that an autopsy affirmed original appearances that Breslin died from natural causes.
However, Glassmire is awaiting a toxicology report to see if there were any toxicological influences.
