New AGNC leadership elected

The Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado elected new executive board officers at its monthly board meeting April 24 at the Mesa County Workforce Center in Grand Junction.

Garfield County Commissioner Mike Samson was re-elected as board chairman. Rio Blanco County Commissioner Jeff Eskelson, who served as AGNC’s treasurer last year, was chosen to be the new vice chairman, replacing Routt County Commissioner Doug Monger, who did not seek re-nomination.

And, Grand Junction City Council member and Mayor Pro-Tem Marty Chazen is the new treasurer for the AGNC board.
