New space for veterans opens Friday

An estimated 200 people came out to the new Jesse Beckius/Casey Owens Veterans Resource Center in downtown Glenwood on Friday evening. The Glenwood Springs High School Air Force JROTC presented the colors to start off the ceremony. Special guests, a ribbon cutting and a celebration of the 242 birthday of the United States Marine Corps were just a few of the events at the grand opening.
