Sydney Schriock, Sally Kilton, Anthony Contreras, Faith Davidson and Isaac Lepe help prepare a green tomato salsa. They are a part of the Gardening Cooking Camp, one of the Wednesday Enrichment classes held at Glenwood Springs Elementary School. The Gardening Cooking Camp is led by Kim Wille of Growing Food Forward, which has 102 gardens from Parachute to El Jebel. The gardens provide food to those in need, including some of the families of kids involved with the program. This was the sixth and final week of the program, which paired students from Yampah High School and Glenwood Springs Elementary. Together they built four gardens and learned six recipes.
