Carbondale’s Mountain Fair on Saturday featured all its traditions — the Mount Sopris Runoff footrace, down-home competitions, music and one of the wettest weekends of the summer. Of course that didn’t dampen the fun. The festival, which draws about 20,000 people, continues today, with the Porcupine Loop bike race rolling off at 8 a.m. and events all day in Sopris Park.
