School design presentation Wednesday

The public is invited to take part in a facility design discussion for the Roaring Fork School District’s planned Eastbank school from 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday in the district office conference room, 1405 Grand Ave.

The estimated $34 million pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade school to be located south of Glenwood Springs was part of the $120 million bond issue approved by district voters last fall.

There will be a presentation by district officials as well as representatives from construction manager NV5 and Bennett Wagner Grody Architects, and a general discussion of the new facility design.

A follow-up presentation and discussion is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. March 31.
