Ski with the Sunlight Volunteer Ski Patrol

Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer ski patroler at Sunlight Mountain Resort can meet and ski with the Sunlight Volunteer Ski Patrol from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 27, or Sunday, March 28.

Meet at the first aid clinic next to the lodge in the morning. A liability release waiver must be signed before getting started. Lift tickets will be provided for participants who don’t have a Sunlight Mountain pass.

Those who participate will meet some of the Sunlight ski patrolers, who will discuss the qualifications, duties and responsibilities of the job. The day will include an evaluation of participants’ skiing skills. Intermediate or higher skiing ability is required. Bring a brown bag lunch.
