We cook it just right. The restaurant makes unique salads and creates its own dressings. One of the more popular is the Seventh Street Salad, an organic spring mix with strawberries and gorgonzola. Juicy Lucys adds honey roasted walnuts that are roasted there on site plus a honey poppy seed dressing. Customers also seem to really like the classic Caesar salad, among other choices.Juicy Lucys is in the process of expanding into the next-door space formerly occupied by the Maple Table.
