Lois Fullerton Milner

Lois Fullerton Milner died Thursday, July 18, 2002, of natural causes at St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center in Meridian, Idaho. She was 80.

She was born Feb. 15, 1922, in Denver, Colo., and raised there by her parents, Sidney J. and Helen T. Cook. She graduated from East High School in Denver and attended Western State College in Gunnison, Colo., before marrying her husband, Walter C. “Bud” Milner, on Dec. 24, 1941.

They began their family during the war years, in Denver, before moving to Glenwood Springs, Colo., in the fall of 1956 to raise their sons. Retirement took them to the Boise, Idaho, area in 1982.



She was preceded in death by sister Flora (Peggy).

She is survived by husband Bud, of Meridian; sons and daughters-in-law Scott and Nora Milner, of San Diego, Calif., David and Pat Milner, of Boise, and Kevin Milner, of Glenwood Springs; grandchildren Tifany, Brian and Stacie; two great-grandchildren; and sisters Helen, Jeanne and Harriet, of Colorado.



Lois’ frequent phone calls, visits and abundant love as a wonderful and caring relative and friend to many will be greatly missed.

Following cremation, a private family service will be scheduled later this year at Cloverdale Cemetery in Boise. Cards and letters to the family may be sent to P.O. Box 302, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602.
