Low Crystal forces ditchwater rationingof ditch water

Residents in Carbondale who use irrigation ditches now face rationing.The water level in the Crystal River has forced the rationing of irrigation ditch water. Until further notice, residents in the Hendrick Ranch area will receive water from Tuesday afternoon until Friday afternoon. Residents from 2nd Street and Highway 133 to 8th Street and Lincoln Avenue will receive water from Friday afternoon until Tuesday afternoon. For more information, call Public Works at 963-1307.
