Mabel Florence Trembley

Mabel Florence Trembley died at her home in Glenwood Springs on March 24, 2006.Mabel was born in Coal Basin on April 18, 1933, to John and Dona Tasso. Mabel had been an area resident for 72 years and had worked as a chef. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #215. She is survived by daughters Dona (Ted) Caughman, Janie Daniels, and Judy Hoskins; grandchildren Lee Caughman, Lynda Caughman, Ed (Micah) Daniels Jr. and Elliott Daniels; and great-grandchildren Billie, Paige, Travis, Candice and Chance. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Lee R. Johns and Martin Trembley; son Morris Johns; two infant daughters and an infant son.There will be a funeral mass at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 1885 Blake Ave. in Glenwood Springs.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Stephens Catholic Church Building Fund. Farnum-Holt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
