Man accused of leaping from balcony, injuring woman below
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) ” Police say a man jumped from a second-floor balcony of a Colorado Springs bar and injured a woman when he landed on top of her.
The 47-year-old woman was listed in serious condition with neck and back injuries at Memorial Hospital.
Police say 25-year-old Jason Dizon jumped from a balcony at the Rum Bay bar early Sunday morning.
He was arrested on suspicion of assault and reckless endangerment.
