GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado ” Authorities arrested a man last night after he didn’t pull over on Interstate 70 and eventually fled on foot.

The Colorado State Patrol and the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kasey Fleming, 20, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of felony eluding and traffic violations.

According to the CSP, a trooper tried to stop Fleming around 11:45 p.m. on I-70 near milepost 113 and Fleming didn’t pull over. Fleming took the West Glenwood exit and drove onto Highway 82 and up Red Canyon Road, or Garfield County Road 115. He eventually had to stop due to an impassable road, the CSP said, and he then fled on foot.

The CSP searched the area with the help of a canine unit from the Sheriff’s Office and arrested Fleming, the CSP said in a news release.
