Man still in jail after threat

Brock Timmer, the 41-year-old Rifle man accused of phoning in a bomb threat to the Burlingame Ranch construction area, remained in Pitkin County jail late Monday on $200 bond. Timmer was arrested after he allegedly called the department Friday to say he had planted a bomb on one of the work vehicles at the construction site, according to Aspen police.
