Marigrace Freyschlag

Marigrace Freyschlag, a longtime teacher in the Littleton School District, died Jan. 16, 2009, after a short illness.

She was born Dec. 22, 1934, in Clinton, Iowa, to Joseph and Irene O’Brien.

Her family was very important to Marigrace, she loved her grandchildren very much and they meant the world to her. Marigrace loved and prayed for her family on a daily basis and was a great strength to many.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Pete; sons Robert of Glenwood Springs, and Douglas (Wendy) of Greenwood Village; daughter Teri of Lakewood; grandchildren Megan, Peter, Annie, Molly and Daniel; and brother David O’Brien of Hernando, Fla.

A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Littleton. A rosary will precede the mass.
