Symphony in the Valley has named Heidi J. Lord of Basalt as orchestra manager.Lord is the former personnel and stage manager for the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra in Minnesota. She currently works as the office manager for the Aspen Music Festival and School, and as a freelance musician and instructor for the Unbeaten Path Percussion Studio. She will continue in those posts while serving as orchestra manager. Lord is a percussionist with Symphony in the Valley, and holds a bachelors degree in percussion performance from St. Cloud State University.
