Team Property Shop was turning ropes for St. Stephen’s Catholic School recently helping kindergartners and first-graders jump rope for healthy hearts. For the second year all of Mrs. Cook and Mrs. Powell’s P.E. classes took jumping rope for a healthy heart seriously and learned how eating right, getting regular exercise, and not using tobacco can lead to a life with a strong, healthy heart. Also the kindergartners learned how to place a 911 call saying their full name, address and telling the operator, “This is an emergency!” Many Kindergartners were successful in learning their addresses. Mrs. Cook and Mrs. Powell thank The Property Shop team for their help and congratulate all students on a successful Jump-a-thon.Way to go!
