Midvalley July dollars up

There were ever so slight deviations in both dollar volume and transactions for the midvalley in July. Dollars came in at $11,380,200, an increase of just over 1 percent from June. July reported 18 transactions, one shy of the month of June. Although Carbondale dollars and transactions were both down from June, it still took the lead for the area with $5.5 million and 10 transactions. Basalt reported $3.8 million and improved June’s total by 1, reporting 5 transactions. El Jebel reported $2.06 million and one more transaction than June as well, totaling 3.

Through July, the midvalley is reporting total dollar volume of $70,669,800 and total transactions of 110. The average residential price is $699,677 and the median price is $575,750.
