Dear Editor,

This is a very public and heartfelt thank-you to the people at Roaring Fork Hearth. To Julie, whose calm and cheerful voice talked me down off the ceiling and who became a friend. To Caleb (my hero) who found and fixed the leak that nobody else had found. And to Ray, who came on a Saturday night (after a very long day’s work) to redo the entire system and explain it in terms I could understand.

Your professionalism and caring go far beyond what I usually experience these days. You have earned my respect and admiration and endless gratitude. I would recommend you to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Valerie L. Harriman
