New Castle man arrested for allegedly dealing drugs
EL JEBEL, Colorado ” The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO), with assistance from the Eagle Police Department, arrested Javin Michael Davis, 23, from New Castle on Saturday April 4 for allegedly trying to sell drugs to an undercover detective in El Jebel.
Police say that Davis delivered 100 Ecstasy tablets to the undercover detective, Davis was then arrested.
According to a new release from the ECSO, the Ecstasy pills have a street value of more $1,000. Davis was charged with possession and distribution of a controlled substance. Both charges are felonies. Davis is being held in the Eagle County Detention Facility with a $50,000 bond.
