New Silt rentals in Opportunity Zone

Silt’s Opportunity Zone, right on the I-70 corridor, has two new buildings available for housing, according to a news release from River Trace Apartments.
Two buildings have been completed and are now leasing one bedroom and one bathroom units at the eastern edge of Silt, the news release stated.
There are eight more building planned, and River Trace will provide an on-site leasing office, community room and residence offering lot. Units will be either one bedroom and one bathroom or two bedroom and one bathroom, the news release stated.
River Trace is pet-friendly, offers in-unit washers and dryers, high-speed internet, along with children’s play parks, trails, a dog park, a parcel-pending service which is under development and easy access to Highway 6 and I-70, according to the news release.
