Nicholson wanted for missing court

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado – A Rifle man who has pleaded guilty to dealing methamphetamine failed to show up for his sentencing hearing on Monday.

Ninth District Judge Denise Lynch issued a bench warrant for Shane Nicholson, 38, with an $80,000 bond. Nicholson had been free on $40,000 bond.

The district attorney’s office has called for for a prison sentence of 10 years in the case.
