Norman Ardell “Bud” Refsland, 82, of Vergas, Minn., died May 8, 2008, at St. Mary’s Innovis Health in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
He was born July 30, 1925, in Renville, Minn.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Marvolyn; sons Steve (Marilyn) Refsland of Carbondale, Gene Refsland of Glenwood Springs, Dale (Cheryl) Refsland of Park Rapids, Minn., and Brad (Rosemary) Refsland of Detroit Lakes, Minn.; daughter Karen (Mark) Neu of Pelican Rapids, Minn.; sister Marilyn (Harry) Zimmer of Raymond, Minn.; 14 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by grandson Derek Refsland; and a brother, Gordon Refsland.
Funeral services were held May 12 in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at Loon Lake, Minn., near Vergas.
