Bonnie Pearl Raley Hess (January 11, 1937 — November 17, 2018)
Beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Bonnie Pearl Raley Hess, age 81, passed away peacefully in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Bonnie, born in New Castle, CO, grew up on rural Western Colorado ranches. Bonnie married Eugene Earl Hess on 1 Sept. 1956 in Colorado Springs, CO. Bonnie was predeceased by parents Rufus Wayne Raley and Mary Goldena McPherson, sister Mary Inez Raley Patch and husband Eugene Earl Hess. She is survived by siblings: Nancy Joyce Raley Bird (Clifton, CO), Robert Daniel Raley (Cathy) (San Diego, CA), Phyllis Anita Raley Pollard Scarrow (George) (Rulison, CO), Errol Rufus Raley (Patty) (Fruita, CO), and 7 children: William Hess (Linda), Melanie Buechele (Dale), James Hess (Robyn), David Hess (Anita), John Hess (Dawn), Bonnie Findlay (Mike) and Aaron Hess (Donna); 29 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Memorial service held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Rifle, CO, on Nov. 24, 2018, at noon.
