Charles Edwin Griffin

Edwin Griffin, 80, passed away September 23, 2014, in Rifle, Colorado. Charles was born to Earl and Anna Griffin on January 26, 1934, in Trenton, Missouri. Charles married Vivian Urton on August 29, 1955, in Jamesport, Missouri. They had four children. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He is survived by his wife, Vivian; sons, Chuck Griffin, David Griffin and Steven Griffin, and a daughter, Cindy Lucero. He is also survived by a brother, Richard Griffin; his sister, Earlene Browning, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1022 County Road 294 in Rifle, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Home Care and Hospice of the Valley.
