Charlotte F. Mayne

Charlotte was born Charlotte Mae Frazier on Feb. 17, 1926, to Merrial and Ruth Frazier in Gypsum, CO. She graduated from Eagle County High School and worked for Eagle County until her retirement in 1977.

She married Joseph Evan Mayne in 1947, and they were married for 51 years. In 2008, she married Maynard Hesselbarth in Grand Jct., CO.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband J.E. Mayne. She is survived by her husband, Maynard Hesselbarth, two sons: Larry (Robin), Paul (Ann); and her daughter Carla (Warren).

A memorial service will be held in Grand Junction, CO, at The Fountains of Hilltop, 3203 North 15th Street, on May 3, 2014, at 10 a.m. A memorial inurnment service will follow at 3 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Gypsum, CO. Memorial contributions can be made in Charlotte’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
