Clarence R. Diller

Clarence R. Diller, WWII Veteran, age 94, of Rifle passed away January 20, 2015, at the Rifle Veterans Home. Born September 1, 1920, in Fairbury, NE, Clarence lived a life of modest honor and dignity, and taught us all the beauty of passing in the same manner. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Floy Diller; daughter Cathy Lewis and husband Tim of Rifle; daughter Trudy Ball and husband Lyle of Drakesville, IA; son Philip Diller and wife Bonnie of Tonopah, AZ; sister Gladys Nau; 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service at the Rifle Veterans Home at 10:00 am Wednesday, January 28. There will be a graveside service in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in June of this year.
