Ed Hammon

Ralph Edward Hammon, Jr. passed away Oct. 27 in Grand Junction, Colorado. Ed moved to our fair valley in the mid ‘80’s. He was a regular at the Hot Springs pool, a great mechanic, a true lover of the Rocky Mountains, a fisherman, hunter and Lake Powell boater. A man with a big heart, who went out of his way to help friends and strangers alike. A memorial service was held in November. He leaves behind family members and many friends. Ed was one of the “good guys” — he will be missed.
