Gustavo Menchaca Sr.

Our loving father has passed away suddenly. He was an amazing father, loving husband, caring grandfather, doting son and friend. He loved to ski, hike, fish and camp. He was very active and always on some new adventure with a grandson and his youngest daughter by his side. Born in El Capulin Metates, Durango, Mexico, and lived the past 30 years in this country.

He is preceded in death by his father Rafael Menchaca Sr. and his grandson Miguel Joaquin Vasquez. He leaves behind his wife of 38 years, Marta Menchaca, 59; his mother, Nulfa; daughters Maria, 37, and Martha, 35; son Gustavo Jr., 34; daughters Elizabeth, 33, and Isabel, 12; his twelve grandkids; and many extended family members as well as his faithful dog Lobo. He will be extremely missed. You left us too soon, our new angel in heaven, until we meet again we will remember you and honor you, living our lives as you would have lived yours. Always with a smile and a helping hand. Rest in peace Dad, Husband, Tata. We Love You!
