Jack E. Blankenship

Jack E. Blankenship, 88, Oil and Mineral Landman, passed away June 29, 2014 at Hope West & Hospice. He is survived by son, Mike Blankenship of Murtaugh, ID; daughters Christie Santi of Salt Lake City, UT, Dawn Crocker, Calgary, Alberta Canada, Lisa Colaizzi of Battlement Mesa, CO, and brother Wayne A. Blankenship, Jr. of Kenner, LA.

Military Honors will be held on Thursday, July 3 at 10 a.m., Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colo., 2830 Riverside Pkwy, Grand Junction, Colo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jack’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project, POB 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
