Jason Thomas Reinke (Oct. 21, 1970 – Feb. 12, 2017)

Jason Thomas Reinke age 46, passed away in his home on February 12, 2017. He is survived by his parents Tom and Jackie Reinke, his brothers Gayle and James Reinke, his three children Kirstie, Kasie, and Derik Reinke, and his granddaughter Camber Young.

Jason was born in Tilden, Nebraska, in October of 1970. He moved to the beautiful mountains of Colorado with his loving parents and two brothers when he was 10 years old. He met Rebecca Reinke in Basalt High School, and married her shortly after graduating. They gave birth to three children, who they lovingly raised together throughout the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.

Jason was a dedicated, hard working, open-hearted outdoorsman. He loved to fish, hunt, and hike. His favorite places were found up the Frying Pan Road. He instilled the love of God and nature into his children, who were the pride and joy of his life. His presence and love will never leave our hearts. The loss we feel is unmeasurable, but it is nothing compared to the love he left in our hearts.

If you would like to join us in celebrating his life a service will be held Saturday, February 18th, at Crystal River Baptist Church. The service will commence at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers we are asking that donations be made to either the gofund me page found online at: http://www.gofundme.com/qtemu-jason-thomas-reinke-memorial-fund , or to Alpine Bank Jason Reinke Benefit Fund.
