Robin a.k.a. Robbie, Bobbi, Mom, G-Bobs, and Grandma, was born in Boulder Colorado to Ray and Carolyn DeGraw (Smith). She met her husband Ron in Boulder, and they were married in 1967. They were married for 53 years until Ron passed away in 2020. They moved to Glenwood Springs, Colorado in 1967 where they had three children. In 1973 they moved to New Castle, Colorado where Robin lived until February of 2024. Robin had spent the final year of her life in Sioux Falls SD where she was fortunate to be surrounded by family. Robin worked at Furrs cafeteria in Boulder where she met her husband. Once they had their children, she was a stay-at-home mother for the formative years of their children’s lives. Robin and Ron started their own cleaning company “Moonlight Maidens Maintenance” where they mainly served local car dealerships in Glenwood Springs. Robin held a position at Andersons News in Glenwood Springs. Eventually she became a service writer at Rey Motors and then her final job before she retired, was a parts delivery driver for Berthod Motors. Her favorite part of that job was sharing treats with all the dogs that greeted her when she was dropping off her deliveries. Robin retired when she was 75 years old.
For those who knew Robin, she was a quiet person with a great sense of humor. There was not a Looney Tunes or Garfield the cat shirt that she didn’t own. She loved animals, arts & crafts, bird & deer watching in her front yard and most recently, any type of gnomes.
Robin was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Carol Stillwagon, her brother Sandy, and her husband Ronny Woods. Robin is survived by her brothers Donnie and David. Robin has three children, Michele, Tracie, and Glenn. She also has 6 grandchildren (Leigh Ann, Natasha, Kristy, Landon, Saige, and Carter) and 8 great grandchildren.
Robin has requested to have no funeral services and any gifts be made in the form of a donation to your local Meals on Wheels program in honor of her memory. Special thank you to Ava’s house and all the angels that cared for Robin.
