Pamela Fritz

Pam was born on September 22, 1952, Pamela Ann Green, to Ed and Fran Green in Colorado Springs, CO. Pam grew up in Penrose, CO, where she became a championship horse woman. At the age of 27 Pam, a newly single mother to her 7-year-old daughter Bobbi Jo, moved to the Roaring Fork Valley, and they settled in Aspen. Pam fell in love with the outdoors and became an avid cross country skier and an amazing cyclist. Upon completing her college degree, Pam came to work at Aspen Square Condominium Hotel, became a priceless asset to them and was their controller for 18 years. Through those years Pam and her daughter moved to Basalt, where Pam built a beautiful home and then came to work for The Roaring Fork Club in Basalt. At last Pam found the love of her life, Russell Fritz. They married in Telluride, CO, and they lived a whirlwind love affair until her peaceful passing on August 29th, 2014. The family is going to be having a “Celebration of Life” gathering to honor Pam at Lions Park in downtown Basalt, Co, on Saturday, September 27, 2014, from 2p.m. to 6p.m. All are welcome to attend.
