Royce (Lannie) Dix
Lannie was born March 26, 1935, to Jack and Helen Dix. He graduated from Rifle High in 1953 and from CSU with a degree in agricultural business. He served in the Army for four years and owned several small businesses in Rifle while raising his children, Bob, Christy, Shelly and Carrie. He has six grandsons; Zach, Preston, Noah, Connor, Carson and Dalton. Lannie is survived by his sister Jacque Saunders. Services will be held at Veteran’s Nursing Home, 851 East 5th Street in Rifle on Wednesday Aug. 21 at 3:30 p.m. Call 970-625-0842 for parking information.
