Walter Arthur Stowe

Walter Arthur Stowe passed away November 1, 2014, All Saints Day, at his home in Parker, Arizona. He was born September 10, 1929 in Baker, Montana. Walt was one of eight children. He is survived by two brothers Roy O. Stowe, Cory, Colorado and Robert G. Stowe, Thompson Falls, Montana.

Walt was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He settled in Colorado where he married Delores Ann Runge on June 16, 1951. They had four children. Mary J. Stowe preceded him in death. Walter A Stowe (Shannon) of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Rhonda K. Kaeselau (Bob), Medford, Oregon. Doreen R. Caughman (Dan), SanClemente, California.

Walt also had eleven grand children and seven great grand children. He moved to Glenwood Springs in 1965 where he started Ace Roofing and later developed a mini storage business. In 1982 he left the Glenwood Springs area in pursuit of other goals. He finally settled in Parker, Arizona in 1992 where he built his retirement home and enjoyed the Arizona warmth with his wife Delores.
