Wesley Norman Kivett

Wesley Norman Kivett, 82, of Grand Junction/Rifle, died Dec. 6, 2015, at the Colorado State Veterans Community Living Center in Rifle. Services will be held on January 8, 2016, at the VA Cemetery in Grand Junction at 1:00 pm, with a gathering following at the Lutheran Church of Messiah, 840 N 11th St, Grand Junction. No flowers please, just stop by and share a story!

Wes was a construction supervisor and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He loved hunting, fishing, family and Colorado! He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; six children: David, Jerry, John, Dori, Norman and Louise; a brother, Melvin of Van, Texas; a sister, Dorothy Kivett of Denver; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
