Ohio man accused of bringing 83 pounds of pot on bus

GRAND JUNCTION, Colorado ” An Ohio man on a bus stopped in Grand Junction is accused of bringing 83 pounds of marijuana along with him.

Tony Richard, 27, of Columbus, Ohio, allegedly had two suitcases packed with the pot, which was on board a Greyhound bus traveling from Los Angeles to Chicago on Wednesday, according to an arrest affidavit.

Richard’s first appearance in court is this afternoon.



The affidavit alleges Richard has a previous conviction in 2004 for trafficking marijuana in Ohio
