The Pass the Buck Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation will host its seventh annual banquet at 5 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Battlement Mesa Activity Center.

The Rifle Hunters Information Center will be open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, through Friday, Nov. 2, in the Rifle rest area, 200 Lions Park Circle off 1-70 Exit 90.



The DOW, BLM, Colorado State Parks, U.S.D.A. Forest Service and Garfield County Search and Rescue will be on hand to answer questions and assist hunters. Free coffee and doughnuts and hunting tips, too.
