Overnight closure planned for Interstate 70 eastbound
Interstate 70 eastbound is scheduled to be closed at Exit 116 at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday until 4 a.m. Thursday, the Colorado Department of Transportation said.
I-70 eastbound traffic will be stopped at Exit 116 until the lanes reopen at 4 a.m.
The closure is required as crews move drilling equipment being used in the early stages of the Grand Avenue bridge replacement project. The eastbound off-ramp will remain open.
The Exit 116 eastbound on-ramp will be closed the rest of the week.
