Photos from the Thursday morning accident that closed I-70 in Rifle

Colorado Mountain College professional photography student, Stephanie Stocking, was one of the people involved in the accident that shut down Interstate 70 eastbound this Thursday morning near Rifle.

Stocking was heading to Glenwood Springs when, at approximately 7:50 a.m., a vehicle that was westbound allegedly crossed over the median and caused multiple crashes near mile mark 94.

The student had her camera with her and registered the aftermath of the accident.
