No matter the election results, the Democratic and Republican parties in Garfield County will celebrate their 2004 campaigns with two events in Glenwood Springs tonight.The Garfield County Republican Party will host a partywide gathering at 6 p.m. at Buffalo Valley Inn, 3637 Highway 82.
